Message	and do a full range of tests. Sounds really good but you still dont really know what it takes for it to fail their inspection, a valvetrain tick, a leaky gasket, misfire, etc. not to mention I'm sure there is no way for them to test the motors under load so it's not much of a guarontee especially for the turbos. Probly better than most importers though who may not even personally lay eyes on the motor they sell you.
